Bright Space Developments is a London construction and development company, building for private clients, developers and investors. Since 2017, first as West Space Construction and now under the Bright Space name, we've completed 53 projects and delivered 120 homes and units. From our West London base we cover extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments through to full conversions and new build, taking each job from strip-out and structural works to the final finish.

We secure planning consents, change-of-use approvals and Lawful Development Certificates, and identify planning and airspace opportunities that add value to a site.
