Getting the structure right is as much about sequence and setting out as it is about the materials themselves. A beam in the wrong place or a slab poured to the wrong level creates problems that ripple through every trade after it, so we take the time to get the measurements and the order of work right the first time round.
Because we also carry out the fit out and the finishes, we build the structure with what comes next already in mind. Service routes, floor build-ups and load paths are planned around the finished home rather than bolted on afterwards, which saves time later and avoids the awkward compromises that otherwise show up at the end.
