Velux has led the roof window market for more than eighty years, and there is a good reason builders and homeowners keep coming back to it. A well placed roof window is one of the simplest ways to take a dark loft, a north-facing kitchen or a windowless landing and turn it into a room people actually want to spend time in. We fit them as a service in their own right, and we build them into the loft conversions, extensions and conversions we carry out across West London.
Every installation we do starts with the roof, not the window. We look at the pitch, the covering, the rafters and the way water runs off before we agree what will work, because a roof window is only ever as good as the flashing and the seal around it. Get that right and the room fills with daylight, ventilates properly and holds its warmth through the winter. Get it wrong and you are left with leaks, draughts and condensation. That is the part a lot of general builders rush, and it is the part we do not.
We work with the whole Velux range, from a single replacement unit on a tired old skylight through to multi-window schemes across an entire development, and we handle the controls and the blinds as carefully as we handle the glass itself.

We fit the frame, insulation, flashing kit and weather seal exactly as Velux intend, which keeps the window watertight through a British winter and keeps the manufacturer's warranty intact. It is the sort of work you never think about again once it has been done properly, and that is rather the point.
